Literacy Book creator story

For literacy this week Me and Keah have been making a story on book creator called Friendship necklace where two girls get split apart and they don't know they are sisters and then the come back together Keah is writing chapter 1 and I am writing chapter 2 called the split up. book creator if you don't know is a online well book creator you can choose between lots of different backgrounds fonts and insert any pictures you make a cover for your book then you can add as many pages as you like I turned one of my favourite books I am currently writing into a book creator story. you can also record your voice and if you click the button it will play what you said. I would recommend trying book creator for yourself.

I found challenging to try and pick what background,font and all accessories.

I found easy what to write about and how to work what the font is and yeah how it works. 

Prefix and suffix Practice

For the last 1-2 weeks I have been doing a prefix and suffix phonics sheet. we have been doing 2 pages for prefixes and had  2 pages for suffixes the same thing to do but one prefixes and one suffixes. for prefixes we had a box of root words and a box or prefixes we wrote the root word then the prefix in front of it to make another word then we wrote the new word that the prefix or suffix made. on the other page we made 5 sentences with a prefix or suffix in them then we choose 2 suffixes or prefixes to draw a well coloured well drawn picture of what that word we picked means. here are 2 pages of mine remember the pages are the same but one for suffix and 1 for prefix.

Math,Marbles

Today in math we had to watch a video of marbles falling into a glass on the side it said how many grams it was and how many marbles where in the glass. we had to Identify what pattern was occurring. I notices the pattern was 10s. by noticing marbles where going in the glass in 10s

I found challenging to notice what the whole video was about.

How to create a simple working fortune teller

Today in literacy we finished making a step by step on how to make a fortune teller we had a paper step by step planner sheet to start on and when we finished putting our bossy words,detailed words and words people will most likely understand. checking our spelling,punctuation and buddy checking by pretending you have not ever made a fortune teller we made one with each others instructions. Now we started publishing on the computer and making different fonts I made this.
