Brain teaser 3

Today for math we had to come up with an answer for the picture below she basically what we did is we had to use pacific numbers and equations to make up and answer to 142 so basically the martian marshals had to arrange seating for 142 others and we had to do the question you'll see how I done it but I done this in a group Nirvana,Carla,Hollie and Teagen were in my group.

I found it hard to come up with the exact answer without using mixed equations.
I found it easy to do all the equations with them being mixed.
and the rest of my group hasn't done their answers yet so don't mind that but I have.

Zios and Zepts

Today in math we had to figure out how many Zios and how many Zepts there were 3 legs on  Zios and 7 legs on Zepts they all put there legs up in the air and counted 52 legs how many Zios and how many Zepts with 52 legs. In the slide show you will see my answer(s)

I found challenging getting the exact answer because I got 51 2 ways.
I found easy using my addition to count the legs and equations.

Brain Teaser

Today in Maths we looked at a equation a restaurant gets a larger booking. They join 12 tables together for the booking. How many people do you think will be at the dinner? there was a picture to help us out then we had to blog our responses and I say the answer is 72 because I counted how many people where at one table and there was 6 and there was 12 tables so I just made a simple equation 6x12 and got 72 by making 12 + 12 makes 24 so 24 + 24 was 48 and I knew that was 4 tables already done then I kept on multiplying that equation until it met up to 12 tables and I got 72. And that is my answer.

I didn't find anything challenging about that equation.
I found easy multiplying the equation like my example 24+24 and so on.
