PE/Maths Reflection

Recently in Hurumanu 5 ( Maths and PE ) We had been working on many different types of things. First we learnt all about Perimeter and how to measure the outside shape of something, Then we learnt how to calculate the area of that shape we just measured for the perimeter. The second thing that we learnt about was volume, ( depth of something ) We learnt what it was and how to calculate/ measure it we had to measure up to 5 things using our perimeter,area and volume. We also did Heart rates we had to time our heart rate after doing different types of exercise, we tried Resting,beep test and and a 30 metre sprint. We had to time our heart rate after we done those things. That comes into pulse we times our pulse after doing those same things. Lastly we done weight were we had a rotation about different exercise methods and how many we could do per minute.

Harry potter maths

For the last 2 days my homeroom has been working on this harry potter sheet we need to write down question 1,2,3,4 next to bus a,bus b and bus c then we looked at the questions and for example it would say " how long does it take to get from herbology to hagrids hut " and we would have to write under bus A what the asnwer is for bus A then for b and then c. The lines on the sheet in 1 collum is saying that the bus doesn't stop there so It keeps on going untill the next time.
