Landing on the moon

For the last 5 days or so Ms Williamson's literacy class have been working on a piece of moment in time writing for the first step on the moon. we has to write present tense so as we were in the moment, describe us taking off and landing what they said and everything like that. We also included what we could hear, taste, sound, feel and everything on that list. Some people wrote how it would feel actually on the rocket going up and some wrote about them watching it on TV but in the olden days in 1969.

I found spacing out my writing after feedback a bit hard.
I found my base story and idea easy.
Here is my writing:

Parts of speech

For the last 2 weeks in phonics we have been working on a 1 page flip book, we had to decorate all of it then cut out each flab with different words on it. The words were Noun,Verb,,Adjective,Pronoun, adverb. we glued the parts of speech down but not the flap then under the flap we wrote what the word meant that was on the flap.
Meaning of the words:
Verb: doing word- a word or phrase that describes an action or experience.
Noun: The name of a person, place or thing.
Pronoun: Words such as- he,she,it,that,this,his,her.
Adjective: A word that describes a noun.
Adverb: gives more information to the verb or adjective eg - very, slowly, almost, grumpily

I found writing the words under it neatly because I would naturally write in link so I had to take my time with each letter.

I found Decorating and cutting easy.
