Surfing Trip
Last week the year 6 of Punui-o-toka went to Sumner beach and went surfing and boogie boarding. For most of us it was our first time it was my first time boogie boarding and surfing,We also had one off water activity where we had a sand castle building contest. we were only aloud to go waist deep for surfing but for boogie boarding they let us go a little bit higher if we knew what we where doing well enough. I stood up the first time I was on my surfboard and one wave was 3 merged together and I started almost neck deep and ended ankle deep.The photo of lots of people where my group-the groups where homerooms and you got either dolphin or seal and that photo is the dolphins of my homeroom.

Hi Ayla I like your blog post it was very interesting to see what had to do for surfing and boogie boarding. I liked how you put pictures in the blog post with arrows pointing which one is you. Maybe you should go back and re-read your blog post to see if it makes sense. Which one did you like better boogie boarding or surfing.

Hi Merika thank you for commenting and I'm glad you like the arrow that I added to tell which one is me. But I did forget to re-read but I will make sure to try and not forget to re-read next time. Also I think I liked boogie boarding better becuase there was a bit more things that you could do instead of just doing one thing all the time but surfing was really fun aswell but I think I would choose boogie boarding more even though surfing was easier.Have you ever been boogie boarding or surfing?
