My Anthology

For a couple of weeks now mr breaches literacy have been working on an anthology everyone has one. an anthology is a collection of poems I would like to show you mine mine has some limericks triplets cinquain acrostics some other poems from other people  four verses of a disgusting dinner and lastly one extras for experts.

Poems

For literacy we all created a anthology if you don't know what a anthology is it is a collection of poems. And we had to pick out some of our best poems out and post about them well I have 2 poems one is a limerick and one is a triplet poem.

Here is the triplet:                                                                   

Animals are cuddly

Some get very fuzzley

They act just like a buddy

Animals are cute

But some like to mute

They all toot

Animals can learn tricks

Some weigh a big brick

They can get very sick


Here is the limerick: ( dakoda my dog )

I have a creature a noisy dog
Its a dog it barks in the bog
The dog it doesn't run
The creature it likes fun
The creature tripped over a log

Tree Season Art

For a couple days now we have been working on our art our art is a tree with the seasons the tree was coloured black and there were separates to separate the different seasons. we coloured them in the main colours of the seasons and a little bit of some other colours to blend in with. Like spring most of us done some flowers on green background and summer some of us done a sun on light blue autumn red orange and maybe a bit of brown blended in with some leaves winter some of us drawn a snowman on dark blue background and after we coloured and blended. after that was done we got some toothpicks and scratched in some designs likes snowflakes snowman's leaves and some other things. Here is an example of what we done this one is mine.

Pre Fixes

For phonics we do some word searches and the last one we done we choose four words that we found and I done a animation. The animation has to include the four words that you have included and picked from your word search.

My Pepe Ha

For week 9 we have to make a pepe ha. a pepe ha is your mountain,river,school,family and some  things like that but in moari and then memories it and  say it on camera. we started by making a slide and putting a picture of our mountain and write it and do that for the other slides then add a slide saying all of these sayings in moari then record it.

I found challenging: to get the video done because I kept on forgetting it.
I found Interesting : looking at others videos because it gave me more confidants on my video.

Making New badge ideas for the School

In Literacy we made new badge ideas for the school we printed them out once we printed them out we wrote on sticky notes comments and feedback on ways to make it better then we made it better using the feedback I made a slide show of my badges.
