Fitness Results

Today in Hurumanu 5 we have been doing resting heart rates,vertical jumps,beep tests and the agility tests.
 I was quite happy with my vertical jump because I had a really good jump it was probably the best I could of done. 
I was not so happy with my agility test because I didn't really try my hardest and I done quite bad and I wasn't that happy with how I went. 
I thought that my fitness overall were quite good because I done my best on pretty much all that I could except my Agility test.  
I think I could get better at my agility test by trying harder in my running by slowly working up my pace of turning corners.
