Stress relief hands

For the last 2 sessions of homeroom time/our place our space we have been focusing on times we are stressed and what we do those situations to relief our self,so we traced our hands then on each finger we wrote things we can do to calm our self down. Then we coloured our hands and cut them out we then wrote our names in the middles of our hand.

I found it easy to cut out
I found it hard to think of ways I calm down
