Haiku

Last week my class worked on some haiku's, We got given a sheet and we had to fill it out to create our haiku poem. We started by either circling A or The to start out story the the next line you had to add an adjective then a colour and lastly a noun to finish that line, I wrote "The fat pink pig" then for the second line you had to add a verb then and adverb - if you don't know what and adverb is it's basically a describing word for a verb so most of them end in ly I added "Ran Happily" lastly for the last line we had to add a preposition, a preposition is basically words like down,up,past, behind, forward - we added one of those then circled either a or the then lastly a noun
for the last line I added "Past the cow" so my finished story looked like this " The fat pink pig ran happily past the cow. Then we had to make one on our own without the lines I wrote "A beautiful orange Ron eating cautiously under the bridge" For the absolute last thing we had to illustrate one of our haiku's but I didn't get time to do that part.

I found it easy to think of what to fill the sheet in with.
I fount it difficult to think of a good one that I wrote on my own.
Here is a picture of my finished work.
