Healthy Living - Sugar

Today in class we watched a documentary about Sugar. We first looked at 4 questions that and we needed to find the answer while watching the video the 4 questions are: What is the maximum teaspoons of sugar we should have daily? Is it healthier to eat a whole orange than to drink an entire glass of orange juice? List 3 ways we can avoid eating too much sugar. and lastly 3 bad things that can happen to our bodies if we eat too much sugar. Then we watched part of the video then we stopped and answered the questions we knew the answer to already.  Here are the answers to the questions.

6 Is the maximum teaspoons of sugar we should have daily.
It IS Healthier to eat an entire orange than to have a glass of orange juice.
3 ways we can avoid eating to much sugar. - Drink no-sugar drinks, Drink water, Look on how much sugar is in the food when buying or before eating.
3 bad things that can happen to our bodies if we eat to much sugar. Type 2 diabetes,Don't drink sugary drinks before eating. Liver/Heart disease.

I found it hard to Remember what 3 things we can do to avoid eating to much sugar were.
I found it easy to Do everything else.
