Sodium in food

Today in Hurumanu 6 we had a task about Sodium What we had to do was fill out a slide about 3 ways we can reduce sodium from our food, 3 things that can happen to our bodies if we have to much sodium, and Lastly organise 13 foods highest in sodium to lowest in sodium. I learnt that Ham has lots more sodium than I thought it has 1000 mg Of sodium and I thought that tortellini packaged pasta was really high in the list but it actually was in the last 4 on the list,

I found it hard to Organise the foods highest to lowest.
I found it easy to Write 3 ways we can reduce sodium and 3 things that can happen
Today I learnt That there is a lot of sodium in Butter so you are most likely not to eat a whole pack of ham then eat a whole packet of ready salted chips, the chips have 835 mg of sodium in them and ham has 1000 mg
